What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of utility/generation applications provided for business and operations requirements
  • First line contact of telephone and reception as the resource for various departments staff, assisting with general issues and concerns
  • Review invoices to ensure job costing data entry accuracy, process purchase orders, verify pricing, ensure timely and complete delivery
  • Book travel, organize itineraries, maintain vehicle servicing, assist with office organization and document filing
  • Primary and secondary market research to assist in developing/executing new pricing and integrated communications strategies
  • Assist in development of business plan identifying possible problems action and evaluation of viable results
  • Schedule and set up meetings and record minutes, continually address social media and recruiting
  • Act as Joint Health and Safety Committee Worker Representative performing monthly inspections and maintaining organization and validity of mandatory staff training

What We're Looking For

  • Business Administration-Marketing pursing e-commerce that Joint Health and Safety Committee Certification is an asset
  • Establishing competition with cost analysis for ethical and socially responsible programs that achieve corporate objectives
  • Developing new customer and existing clients relationships ensuring satisfaction with defining any company requirements
  • Superior multi-tasking and time management abilities, receptive to direction and feedback, continuously making improvements
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media of an integrated business environment
  • Strong attention to detail, high degree of accuracy in work, communicate effectively, oral and written
  • Motivated and enthusiastic working effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
